TEAMBUILDING


It is no secret that teamwork is the key to success. Nevertheless, implementation is often not as easy as it seems. Many individuals should work together in a group as a whole. It is helpful to leave the familiar environment and get involved in a completely new situation - and what is more exciting than suddenly facing new challenges together in an action-packed boot camp?

For this we use our "power tools": Military Roleplay - Bootcamp - Paintball

Training schedule

SATURDAY

0900 Mobilization (reception, clothing, organization)

1000 Briefing (introduction)

1100 Start of training

Individual training in bootcamp style:

- Growing together as a team

- Handling the operational equipment

- Weapons Training

- Training on radio equipment

Team training:

- Acting as a mission team

- Handling of off-road vehicles

- Assignment as "Assault" or "Coverfire" team

1700 Break

1800 Briefing for use

1900 Preparation for use

2000 Relocation to the area of operation

2100 Night mission

2300 Stand-by phase for follow-up orders (call-offs for follow-up mission, parts of team: idle or in radio standby)

 

SUNDAY

0800 End of stand-by phase, relocation

0900 Demobilisation, removal

1000 End

Equipment

What you get from us:

  •     outdoor jacket (olive or camouflage)
  •     cargo Pants
  •     belt
  •     jungle hat
  •     rain jacket, rain trousers
  •     poncho
  •     expedition backpack
  •     tactical vest
  •     sleeping bag
  •     isolation mattress
  •     NERF gun with magazines
  •     ammunition
  •     food

What else you need to bring:

  • 1 x boots/ sturdy shoes, ankle high (or jogging shoes)
  • 2 x sweaters (wearable in onion system, fleece recommended)
  • 1 x rucksack or sports bag for storing civilian clothes remains locked in the camp, no liability! All equipment preferably in muted, dark and earth colours (olive, green, black, ...)
